1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

Webutkal provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • WordPress Website Development
  • E-commerce Website Development
  • Website Redesign
  • Logo Design
  • Google Business Profile Setup
  • Business Email Setup
  • Blog & Content Services

3. Project Process

Our standard project workflow is:

  • Free consultation to understand your requirements.
  • A 10% advance payment is required before the project begins.
  • We design and develop your website based on the agreed requirements.
  • A preview of the completed website is shared for your review and approval.
  • You may request reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.
  • The remaining 90% payment must be completed before the website is made live.
  • Once full payment is received, we publish the website and complete the project.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 10% advance payment is required to start any project.
  • The remaining 90% must be paid before the website is published.
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Revisions

The quoted price includes reasonable revisions within the original project scope. Requests involving new pages, major design changes, additional features, or functionality beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may be charged separately.

6. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timelines begin only after receiving:

  • Advance payment
  • Complete project requirements
  • All necessary content, images, logos, and other required materials

Delays in providing required information may extend the delivery schedule.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Supply required content and images.
  • Review and approve the project within a reasonable time.
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

8. Domain & Hosting

If your package includes a free domain and hosting:

  • The domain is registered in the client's name whenever possible.
  • Free domain offers apply only to eligible domain extensions.
  • Annual renewal charges apply after the first year.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • The client owns the completed website content and design created specifically for the project.
  • Webutkal retains ownership of any proprietary tools, reusable templates, frameworks, or third-party licensed components used during development.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The 10% advance payment is non-refundable once project work has started.
  • If the client cancels the project after development has begun, no refund will be provided for work already completed.
  • If Webutkal is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, an appropriate refund may be considered at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Services

Webutkal is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrars
  • Hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • Google services
  • Third-party plugins or themes

12. Limitation of Liability

Webutkal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
